I'm Really Spoiled

I had the most awesome baby shower today!! My friends Kristen, Tracy and Michelle in my ward hosted the event. They put on a fabulous spread of YUMMY food. As you can see I took a few pictures of it. We had homemade mini quiches, a yummy salad with homemade dressing, and a crepe bar to include homemade pudding, whipped cream, apple filling, fresh raspberries /blueberries/ strawberries and homemade syrups. They pre-made about 100 crepes!!!!! And almost all of them were gone by the time the shower was over--so they were obviously delicious!! I got unbelievably spoiled by all the ladies in my ward. The theme of the baby shower was freezer meals or food gift cards because of the circumstances surrounding our baby's birth. Everybody went above and beyond!! I received several freezer meals, food gift cards, a pedicure gift certificate, lots of cute baby clothes, books to read at the hospital, activities to do in the hospital, a gift tote that three friends are going to fill every two weeks with goodies for my long days in the ICU, a demdaco statue, several cute outfits, diapers, a little baby basket/bassinet, a gorgeous homemade pink and brown quilt etc. etc. etc. Everyone was SO generous. Tom and I are overwhelmed again with all the kindness that has been shown to our family. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!
