As you can see, we have a new look for Gracie's Blog!! Thanks to my sister Stephanie for making the header (with all of my bossing around about what I wanted and liked) and my sister in law Tiffany for changing around all the other stuff.
From now on, this blog will be for Gracie info only. I have created a new blog that I am going to post all of our other family happenings on. It will be private and for family and friends only. I (Stephanie and Tiffany) am in the process of creating it and I will post about it when it is ready.
I will keep the links on the side for heart friends only. Thanks so much to everybody for all of your interest in Gracie's story. We appreciate all the prayers and support!
p.s. Gracie is doing well. We took her off Enalapril a few days ago and she still seems to cough quite a bit. I am going to call the Cardiologist tomorrow and see what we should do from here. We also went up on her calories from 27 to 30 and it definitely seemed to make her throw up more so I switched it back to 27 and she seems to be tolerating it better. She is still not gaining weight very fast but seems to be doing pretty good. She is smiling a lot more now. The picture in the header was the day after she came home from her check up and was off her oxygen. She used to pull on her oxygen tubes a lot and now that has switched to her feeding tube!! So she pulled out her feeding tube and I took the opportunity to try and catch a few smiles. Luckily, I got ONE!! I think it is pretty cute.

It is an adorable picture. What a little sweetheart she is! You have all been through so much and you have this little doll to show for it. We send our love and prayers for her continued progress. Love you, Susan and family
I LOVE the new blog look. I think it's a fantastic idea to seperate Gracie's blog from your family one.
I pray that Gracie gets off that darn NG tube soon. Owen just won't eat and he's just hit 5 months. You'd think after 5 months of a tube down your throat you'd be motivated to eat!!

Oh I LOVE the NEW look!!!! Gracie you are adorable!! Way to go Steph and Tiff and Michelle way to design it!
Consider it a job well done! What a team!!!
I love the new look. It captures Gracie in a nut shell. I really hope she makes this last hurdle of not throwing up anymore. At least she's gaining weight (the one time in a woman's life when it's good to pack on the pounds!) She looks so beautiful. Let me give you my email address so you can add me to your private family blog.

Tiff and Steph are very talented. Your new blog looks great. I'll be visiting often to see how "my" little Gracie is doing!
Love the new look, smart to keep the two seperate. Hope things continue to improve.

Hi, you don't know me but your little Gracie has given me nothing but hope, My baby girl is PD with HLHS due in September. I love seeing how Gracie is growing so fast and doing so well, she is just a precious beautiful little baby. Thanks for letting us share in your experience and giving us such HOPE!
Wow, life has been a little crazy and I have not checked on your blog for a while. Love the new look. I had forgotten that every time I log in I get the blessing of feeling my heart swell with love. Gracie will no tubes anywhere, you have come a long way baby! I am very happy to hear that smiling is becoming a more natural occurance for Gracie. Every smile means a lot to so many of us. Thanks Michele for the patience to take all the pictures and sharing them with all of us.
So sweet
Grammy Staffy told me about baby Gracie several months ago, at church. I have been checking in every now and then. I am one of the many 'strangers' who pray for baby Gracie. Thank you for sharing your miracles.
