1:00 p.m. Gracie is off the heart lung bypass machine and her echocardiogram looks good. Which basically means the surgery was successful! They are going to keep her chest open for 2-3 days so they are putting a patch over it right now. It will be about one more hour and then Dr. Kouretas will come and talk to us.

I have linked over to your blog through others and I've gone through so many that I don't know which one I actually came through on. These heart babies are so special and what a very beautiful one you have. Gracie is a doll and it's great to hear the surgery was successfull. Your family and little Gracie are in our thoughts and prayers.

All of us here have been praying for Gracie. I can't imagine what you are going through, but I am so glad things are going so well for her. I am so glad the kids got to hold her and see her..what a little blessing!
