It has given me great sadness to learn tonight that baby Annabelle (an HLHS baby linked on the right side of my blog) has passed away. It appears to be sudden and understandably, the family does not elaborate on their blog as to what happened. Reading her blog while I was pregnant, I thought she was going to make it. She was so adorable and looked very, very healthy and strong. Her mom has a different bow on her head in every picture and you can tell that she is loved very much. It just shows how you cannot predict the future with these sweet heart babies and that we have to cherish every moment that they touch our lives. Thank you for touching our life, sweet baby Annabelle.

Angel Annabelle

I read about this last night and was so sad... I was hoping you wouldn't see it :( We will cherish every moment with baby Gracie... as many as we have!
Tiff and I both read about Annabelle and hoped you hadn't seen it. We need all good news right now. I think there is something to be learned by all these heart babies. Possibly Annabelle was here so that they could do a CNN special about her and let the world know about heart babies. She brought lots of love into her home and maybe her mission was done. I am sure she has changed many lives for the better. Gracie has already had such a positive effect on so many people and I am confident she will for many years to come. Good Luck today Gracie, stay strong!
Thank you so much for your precious words about our daughter! She is a complete blessing as is your darling Gracie! We are praying for her recovery. God is so good...now Gracie has one more angel looking after her!
