My sister Stephanie and my sister-in-law Tiffany, gave me this Demdaco statue today. I have 4 other beautiful Demdaco statues at home that good friends and family have given to me already and I thank them for those!! This one is a little unique. It is titled 'Healing Grace' and says "May a quiet strength bring you grace." As you can see it is of a girl with brown hair (just like little Gracie) and also her hands are crossed over her heart! That sign is also the sign for 'love' in sign language. Several things that remind us of our Gracie. What a perfect gift. Thanks gals!!

Wow! What a special meaning that has, they must have put so much love into finding it for you and sweet little Gracie!
that's so sweet!!!
I can't believe how perfect that is. So sweet! You are truly blessed to have Stephanie and Tiffany in your lives.
I'm so glad that things are going "well" for you all. Boring never felt so good. The 3 week picture of Gracie is soooo cute. I want to pick her up and love her! Hang in there, I hope you have a good day.
Let me try this again, I can't spell! Gracie's picture is so sweet! I just wonder what she must be thinking. The figurine is so perfect too. We are still thinking about all of you everyday!
Love,
Lara
How thoughtful and perfect.
I was introduced to your blog through a fellow blogger, matchbox mom. My heart goes out to you. I am so sorry that your sweet Gracie has had such a rough start in life. However, I do know from experience that God gives us strengh to go through the hard times that face us. (I lost a baby at birth.) I also know while none of us want to have these difficult trials, they do make us pray with more meaning and grow closer to our Heavenly Father. Gracie, you and your family will be in my prayers. I hope that this will be a good day. God bless you.
Your Welcome! I was so excited to see this "new" statue. Tiff and I knew we had to give it to you right away! It's as if they made it just for Gracie! "Healing Grace" is just one more amazing thing to come out of this whole story. Last week I passed her nursery and felt such sadness. Now we have such renewed hope. I can't wait to see her cuddled up in her crib with shelves and shelves of gifts for her to look at. I am sure all the precious gifts she has been given will help her understand someday what a miracle she was and how loved she is.
